-Haute Living Magazine
Christina Maxwell is a New York City-based master of the stage.
As a singer, Christina has performed as a soloist with members of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, New York Philharmonic, Festival Napa Valley, at Lincoln Center and with numerous symphonies. Maxwell frequently headlines concerts in Japan and in China, singing in both Japanese and Mandarin.
As an actress, Maxwell has starred in commercials for Humira, Olay, Emrosi and Nissan and originated the role of Deanna Durbin in CHASING RAINBOWS at Papermill Playhouse. Awards include “Outstanding Performance in a Leading Role” (NYMF, Laura Evans in SONATA 1962) and the Alan Eisenberg Actors Association Award.
In 2020, Maxwell took a four year break from the performance industry to serve as Executive Director at global real estate firm, Related Companies, specializing in art acquisition and strategic partnerships. Maxwell now combines her performance and business skills as a sought after master of ceremonies and auctioneer. Her biting wit, emotional intelligence, competitive nature and heart for change-making philanthropy led her to raise three times her client’s goal at her very first auction.
